I planned to use the "Show HUD while lifting an entity" script from Nickydudes guide but it didnt work.
It just showed all huds (life, healt, wounded and so on) and didnt show the .dds file I wanted.
Does anyone know how to do?

I'm assuming that this part

has the backslashes in your script and just didn't show up here.

And that this

is actually on two seperate lines.

If either of those assumptions are incorrect, then perhaps you should fix that and see if it works. If the assumptions are correct then I'd have to see the rest of what you did, like editor-wise and the rest of the script.

Thats the whole script but when I copy from the PDF it just comes in a line, I have to make them seperate lines myself and thats hard it hink.
If you have Nickydudes guide its something about "Show HUD when lift entity"

I do have his guide but I do not see that script in there.

If the backslashes of your path are missing in the script, that can cause a problem. Change it to:

hudimagefine=gamecore\text\text.DDS

The line that I had assumed was on two lines should look like this:

:state=1:hudshow=a1,hudfadeout=a1
:state=1,plrdistwithin=60,plrusingaction=1:state=40


And... I don't know how to tell you this, but that script is incomplete. Notice how it sets state to 40 in two different places. Yet there is no state=40 line to get it back.

Might have to ask whoever made that script, if it's in Nickydude's guide then it should have an author listed.
