I altered the death script to make this script to present a objective completed hud image when a entity that was a objective was killed.
Be sure to change the hud image name AND the hud name

A pic of the result is attached.

He said, "You drink when you're lonely." No I drink when I want!
He said, "You'll never be sober." Sure. Why would I want that?

Nice, although the script doesn't tie directly into the "Is Obective" property of an entity, it works just the same. Good work!

No, you are right. I use the property first and the script as the destroy script. It is only a visual aid to the player.

My motto is: What they don't know, won't hurt them.

Players don't have to know that it's just a visual hard-coded trick, as long as it's consistent, they probably wouldn't care, lol.

What I meant was that the image has nothing to do with objectives other than tellingthe player he/she had completed an objective, beaten a level etc.

Nice one Urlforce Studios,

I used a similar technique in the first FPSC game that I made.
I used a seperate image for each enemy so that you knew exactly which terrorist you had killed.
That meant each one had a unique destroy script, but that is easy enough. (I used real photos in the HUDs too)
The term Merranvo used when he described the technique was "death cards". (even he liked it)
I got a lot of good feedback from that, so showing a custom image upon death is a nice feature.

well done

Hey, how could I make a sound play when an object/character is destroyed?

Like, when I destroy an enemy... The character says: What the Heck was that?? I hope I don't face anymore of those in a while...

Orrion, Urlforce's script already plays a sound when the objective target was killed. All you gotta do is change that sound to the sound YOU want it to play.
