Hey everyone! I need a free batch converter from .wav to .mp3. I can already convert 1 song @ a time with software I already have... but i need one to do like 200+ @ a time. It seems like there should be some free software to do this... but i couldn't find one anywhere Any solutions?

Umm... I *think* Windows Media Player can do it. I'm not positive buy I know it has a converter built into it. It might only make .WMA though. Check it out.

WinAMP can export to MP3s, if you set the WaveOut to the disk writer. I guess you would just add all of your songs to a playlist and then hit play.

That's not as bad as you think you said.

I don't think it can natively, but if you put it in a batch script you might be able to call its command line options to do it.

That's not as bad as you think you said.
