There are still songs missing from that list. Currently 60(?) songs made up of regulars and bonus songs as well as 2 boss battles (Original recordings by Slash and Tom Morello). GH2 had a total of 64 (40 regular) songs so there's definitely more coming. No Scorpions master track this time

GALLOWS ARE IN! Hell yeah! One's a good song too, and Slipknot are OK. Raining Blood'll probably be fun too. TAKE THIS LIFE! What a tune! and I like the Killers too.

Looks like there'll be a few good songs on there.

Course I only have a GameCube and a Dreamcast so it's highly unlikely I'll be able to get the game, but...

It's a startlingly cool song list, really looking forward to playing 'One' and 'Paint it Black', Even Flow as well of course being a PJ nut, but the demo has satisfied my longing for that .

GH3 is gonna be fricken huge, people who don't like it will have to change, people who are good at it will go on to rule the world. Personally I only really play it on normal mode, rather than sweating my organs out over the hard difficulty. Expert mode just scares me, people who can play along to that should be learning real guitars.

Ditto, I intend to get them both, in fact my son and younger brother are getting GH3 for xmas, Rock Band is so we can form a band (the likes of which has never been seen). We're just arguing over who's gonna be singing, but I imagine you will be able to disable that embarrassment.

It's funny, right now I'd kill for an extra guitar controller, but by xmas I'll have 4!.

Incidently, have any of you gotten the downloads? - I've bought most of the packs, got Smoke on the Water, Higher Ground, some pretty good stuff, I wonder how much downloads they'll make for GH3!.

I wish GH3 would ship at the same date here in Sweden as in US. I have to wait for Nov 23 Hopefully it arrives in the mail 1 day early like Rock the 80s did when I preordered it, because I'll be away Friday night (23rd). I'll be strumming all through the weekend though

If I understand it correctly you can start a band of as many people you like in Rock Band. At least I hope that's how the career mode works, so you don't have to team up with anyone online if you don't want to.

I got a PS2 so no downloads for me. But Smoke on the Water and Higher Ground are both from GH1. Together with Rocks the 80s I got tons of songs you don't have

Oh, and I'm currently ranked 3218th on GH2 expert on Score Hero I rigged up my cheap web camera today to take shots. I'm hoping to reach top 2500 before GH3 ships

When I'm sick and tired of GH3 (or stuck) I'm probably gonna go for top 2000 on GH2 and then there's The Log (last guitar for scoring 5 stars on all GH2 expert regulars, 10 remaining) and beating Jordan on expert. People say the feeling of beating Jordan on expert is quite overwhelming

Man, playing to increase my rank on Score Hero is addictive. I got Guitar Hero on my brain and I long to get home and play more I almost broke top 3000 on GH2 expert yesterday, ranked 3101 at the moment. I still have about 2/3 of the songs left to play through trying to improve my scores so there's plenty of room for improvement

I wish Woman wasn't so difficult for me to play (ranked 4449), but I tend to miss with my ring finger during the verses (where you hammer-on R,Y,B and then instantly switch to YO). I had a hard time getting 5 stars on it and it's only the 4th song in the set list

Man, grabbing those last ranks up to 3000 was a bit harder then I thought. I need another 90'000 points for the remaining 57 ranks. Should be able to pull that off in say another 10 songs but it's getting late. Looks like a weekend project. I've only been playing regular songs today but the bonus songs are filled with old scores so that's where I'll get the most points. I did however finally get that last star on Freya (without busting my fret hand)

Yeah, the rankings seems to have that effect on me It's far more fun to play "against" other good players then to just play alone. Sadly I missed the 80s tournament and due to the late EU release date of GH3 I will miss the first GH3 tournament as well
