ok guys lets talk about these huge fires in southern California. that is were i live and there are fires everywhere but were i am we are like the untouched place. here we can talk about the fires and discuss how we feel. and some of you probly don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t care unless you have friends or family leaving here but i am making this thread anyways.

I care. And I'm also glad I don't live there, but I feel for everyone who's lost someone or something in these fires. I can't even imagine having something like this happen to my family, me, or my posessions. It would be so hard to start again with nothing but the clothes on your back.

You guys ask for it though by living there... wildfires, earthquakes, mudslides. What do you expect will happen eventually!? /sarcasm

Yeah, the smell is pretty bad where I live, and it's raining ash on occasion. Pretty spectacular sight though in the background of the mountains.

We actually haven't had a major earthquake in like 4 years, so I guess we're due. Fun times!

EDIT: Wow, it is very visible from where I live. This could be bad. I tried taking a picture but my camera's low light quality is sub-par.

That's not as bad as you think you said.

yeah....my aunt, uncle, and little cousin had to evacuate. but luckily the wind changed direction before it got to there house.

my father is a police officer and he is doing whatever they do when there si fire.(direct traffic i guess) and i talked to him on the phone and he said it is nasty and he is all coverd in soot from the fire.

Yea, seems like there's always some kind of natural disaster going on in California. It's really too bad since otherwise the state's great weather wise.
