Ive extracted this from the FPI script command reference, its explaining the noiseheard command.

-usage: NOISEHEARD=X
Returns true when the entity hears a broadcase noise from scene

A) what is a broadcast noise? Is any SFX sound a broadcast noise??
B) How do we set the entity in question??
