No offence but the signs in the middles texture could use some work. When using Paint.nets cloud tool make it a tad rougher trust me you get better results.

I used photo shop for these but thanks anyway. But I don't think those sign textures are a big deal but I'll take that in mind.

You could just waited a few hours....

But anyway my opinion...hmmm
Its a good prize for the amount of entities in it.
But!

Its not allways about how much or how little the pack contains..
The biggest concern is the quality...

From the screenies that i have viewed i see that the
texture needs a little bit work.
The only thing that looked the nicest was the Big billboard.
After that...the port a potty.

The red cross on the ground could definitely be redone.
And i dont know what that other thing is....laying next to it...
Looks like it is a bit rusted?

Anyway...i think this pack could use a little make over on the
textures before selling it.

Cheers,
Cheese Cake.

Okay, thanks for the comment but these textures have been redone twice . Plus this is an old pack that I decided to release. The thing next to the x is ripped up blueprints. Thanks anyway.

No offence I won't pay for this. I mean come on all the models I made for this forums are free! Because I don't think the quality isn't good enough to sell. But you my friend you always find someway to place a price on the most oddest of models.... I'd say release this for free dude. But how many people will take you seriously with a Party Pooper in a horror game based in a construction site. I mean come on.

Even though you have re-worked the textures...they still need some work. On the smaller signs it looks like you went a bit crazy with the burn tool (or whichever effect you're using in PS), and the texture work in general looks pretty plain. The big billboard sign looks good though.

The reason you don't have much of a response is because the texture quality needs to be improved dramatically. I would also remove the sign on the Porta-Potty; let people make their own signs to place there (or have an alternate "no-sign" texture map available)...or they may want no signs at all on it. Once you place that sign it's hard to remove it (unless it's in layers, and you're handing out your source .psd files).

I would also recommend giving this one away, then start on another pack, but plan it out first. Go searching for some tutorials on texturing, or even start looking at the existing texture maps in FPSC to get a feel for the size versus resolution that was used.

Another pointer when selling packs: always try to put your objects in a scene (one that is lit properly), it helps people to see the possibilities your pack has in a game they are making.

So, I suggest you suck it up and take this one on the chin; then work on your texturing skills and come back with a winner! You can do it.

Hey Darmic , I'm only here for a minute or two.

First of all i want to thanks you for using my textures that i have made for you.
It's really kind of you to put them in the pack.

But why don't you put al of they in the pack ? Are they that bad ?

I'm just wondering

Anyway good luck with your sells !

The pack looks good and the price is reasonable. If I was making a modern day game I would definitely buy it.

I think you will sell more if you use Oleg's textures btw.

I didn't use the signs because there was black on them and it made it transparent. But I liked the rest of the textures.

@all, This is an old pack, my texturing skills have improved, I just wanted to see if I could get a couple sales. I am going to start a new pack with better textures today.
