Sorry but this is insane, I'm locking the thread.

DirectX10 does not run fully on XP, no matter what you've downloaded off the net to try and force it to. Until there is an official DX10 release from Microsoft for XP (read: never) FPSC X10 will NEVER run on XP.

End of story.
