Does anyone know how to find the height of the title bar at the top of the Window, such that it works for Windows 98 / XP and all the various themes?, as well as the width of the border.

There is a API for it (had to use it at work), but I cant for the life of me remember what it is (my Platform SDK is incomplete at the moment).
