I'd say ol' chap, that would surely be counterproductive. Do rather kill the gentleman who bought you the gift.

Is there anyone on the forums that considers themselves a chav?
I seriously doubt it; that says something about them ... they're stupid!

Your teeth already blinds people, i think adding these "grills" will milden the effect some.

For comfort? I can't think of anything more uncomfortable apart from Burlap or Coordaroys.

You want comfort, jeans that aren't womens (wtf is with these guys wearing "tight fit jeans" nowadays?!.. the package has to breath man, unless it ain't there), Karkhis also very free and comfortable. Not forgetting some nice cotton sweats or freeflows.

If I wanna be comfortable around my apt I wear my pjs.. well i call them pjs but really it's just a pair of boxers and a nice comfortable t-shirt.

Only time I've ever worn a tracksuit is at well, sporting events I used to do at school; like Football, Rugby, etc.. Anyone who wears tracksuits for "comfort" really need their head checked imo; either that or you've not got a decent wardrobe.

Would say something else, like "Welfare for Life"
Most here I think are too damn literate to be true chavs, that and I've not met a creative one yet.

Most I used to see tended to hang around chipshops with a bottle of some sorta cider thinking they were all that. Often with a congrigation of about 20 of them... just so they could keep up the hardman pesona. Don't see many where I live now though, that said if it's not changed much since I grew up around here; then anyone acting hard would very quickly end up having to back it up and actually be able to take or give a beating.

Don't get me wrong it's not a particularly rough area as such, just people tend to take offense to those whos mouths tend to write them into alot of ass-kicking debt. Many would want to collect it there and then.

Ya know, keep yourelf to yourself and you're cool.. step out of line and someone is there to make sure you're back in pretty quick. Chavs I have seen in and around Watford generally are extremely meek in relation to those found up north. I doubt they're any different to fight, just ours know their place is below pretty much everyone else.

That said I've yet to meet a chav who can actually be trusted, or wasn't a total twat.

yep avoid chavs in london and the north but the rest are all weeklings, there's a "gang" that hangs outside McDonald's in my town and they try the hard man pose but if you even look at them they go silent and hide haha

What on earth Raven? Tracksuit bottoms are comfortable, even more comfortable than jeans I believe, though I don't wear them but I used to for sport. But I suppose it's down to what comforts you, but I don't think anybody should have a problem with wearing tracksuit bottoms as people have been wearing them longer than chavs have.

I remember when if you wore tracksuits it meant you were in to sports haha
I was in my brother's car once and we drove past this guy wearing a white tracksuit, white cap, white tee-shirt, white shoes and loads of "bling" (argos jewellery) and well lets just say I shouted "TWAT!" right in his face as we drove past haha i am such a coward

This might be a personal comfort issue, but I've never worn tracksuits out of comfort. I actually prefer dress trousers (the kind you get with suits) to be more comfortable though than tracksuits.

I hate the whole feel of polyester though, has this constant feeling not of being scratchy; but that someone is running their nails up and down the material every time I move. Something that just makes my spine crawl. I've always worn jeans, they're just comfortable to me. There is the odd time when someone will wash them on too cold a wash and they'll come out stiff; but a couple minutes in the tumble dryer or just floding and unfolding for a few minutes loosens them up.

Most of my wardrobe is basically cotton, Jeans, Karkhis, T-Shirts, Shirts, Fleece, etc.. it's all just cotton. If they make tracksuits out of cotton now, and inline the seems then quite frankly they'd just be those "designer" sport names on normal clothes which you'd be paying over the odds for.

Don't get me wrong, I have a handful of designer cloths (mostly Ralph-Lauren, Armarni and CK) but certainly didn't buy them just because they're designer.. but that they looked good, were comfortable and at the time I could afford such things.

Certainly haven't bought much outside of Primark, Matalan, Gorge or Cherokee recently. Don't cost much and actually very good quality. I've always prefered having 5 jeans I know will last over a single expensive label pair that generally can't handle everyday wear and tear.

Maybe it's just i'm getting older though

Ah, the Chav cultural movement. Truly is it the epitome of all culture.

Translation: It's a load of crap that says "buy it because your fugly chums loitering outside McDonalds think it's cool, and woe betide you should you let them down and buy something tasteful."

HE SPEAKS CHAV, BEAT HIM WITH A STICK!

I can't understand why it says 'cultural movement'. What do they stand for, what are they moving? Are they moving because the police don't like them loitering there and to loiter somewhere else? Or is it a movement for more drugs, tarty girls and parties, because that all I've known chavs for...

Okay, I'm reading too much into that comment, it's obvious it's a site by chavs for chavs of course I'm going to see holes.
