This is my first go at making segments, using photoshop cs2 and a few filters i made this diamond plate texture for the walls. Please take a look and tell me what you think. This is definitely a wip. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

wow for a first thats very nice, try to make it a tad smaller, as in the size of the texture makes the metal look huge.

By make it smaller, you mean the size of the texture? (1024x1024)

Should I make the texture 512x512 or just decrease the size of the billets?

Thanks for the suggestions... i'll make the changes to the billets and post again when im done.

does the texture itself look good or should i degrade it further?
