try fpsfree.com, under demos (other demos specifically(i dont kno why)) is a working wall mount ladder, i havent had a chance to try it myself yet, but u can try if you like

There were some around the forums. I posted a ladder download a long way back and there have been numerous others since though I dont know if they can still be found here.

YES! In fact, there is! Search for "Stamina's Model Pack" or "Stamina" on the forums. He has...3 ladders that you can actually climb up on!
