i can't figure out how to use the commands:

read fileblock & write fileblock

the second question is that i need to execute a subroutine every 25/100 of second (4 times x sec). how can i do that?
i've tried out with timer() but no results....

may someone help me?

I've never used the fileblock commands, so I can't help you there.

Here's code for a 1/4 second timer



That shows you how - you'll just need to adapt it to what you require
