Ok, I got some characters from sci-fi 3d... And I was wondering... If I give a non-animated character (Not-rigged)... If I didn't do anything to the characters, and put a FPSC character script... Will the character move like in FPSC?

No.(unless you mean will they move just like gliding) then yes.

Well if you want them to have any animations,yes, if you just want them to move no.

Ok, so let me get this straight:

once I rig them, I don't have to animate them... I just want them to move like the ones in FPSC. i don't want any custom animations yet...

You need to rig them to the fpc biped if you want them to just shoot guns walk etc.

A biped is a skeleton with animations that you rig to a mesh,usually in 3ds max, it can also be done is milkshape.

Yes, its just a slightly different process.
