Looking back at what channels like nickelodeon used to show, and comparing it to what they show now proves how much their quality has slipped. Someone would have to pay me to classify some of these new shows as entertainment. Anyways, I was looking for DVD sets of some of Nicks older shows, and in particular, Rocko's Modern Life. does anyone else remember that show?

I think it's by far the best thing Nick ever put on TV. so I managed to find a boxed DVD set, but it's not actually from Nickelodeon.

Does anyone know if this site is honest or just a scam to fool old fans like me?

Yeah! I love Rocko's Modern Life. I'm a bit "old" for it now, but it's still pretty cool. When I was younger I enjoyed the beavers show. Can't remember what it was called though.

Cheers,

Two mighty fine shows right there!

The voice of Norbert is actually also the voice of GIR from Invader Zim, I believe

[EDIT]
I take that back, he did the voice for Zim himself!
Richard Steven Horvitz

[EDIT2]
Speaking of which, the voice of Rocko is the same as that of Mike from Monsters Inc. How cool!?

good. I'm not the only one who still thinks so. Do you know if that DVD set really has all the episodes, and If not, where to get one that does?

EDIT:

what do you mean? sure it was kind of aimed at kids, but at least one episode was banned for too much sexual innuendo.

I love them all so much. If you get Nicktoons network you'll see them all.
About the DVDs I found this at the bottom
Quote: "Please make sure that any DVD product and/or player you intend to use supports DVD-R media."

Doesn't sound too legal to me.

Do a quick Google on it, and you'll find that the site is a bootleg site.

Google is your friend.

As long as I get the shows, I don't really care. If the creators aren't going to make it available, then it's their own fault.

I loved Rocko's Modern Life. *_* My favourite episodes were:

1. When Spunky got in love with the mop.
2. When Bev Bighead "killed" her husband.

Good times those. Not all of the episodes were shown in Brasil, though.

@aluseus GOD: This statement is true in oh so many cases, and not just about cartoons either. ^^

@Zaibatsu: Well, then, from what I could tell by forum posts of people who had bought stuff from the site, it was rather good for being bootlegs. I'm opposed to bootlegs, though, but I don't really care wether other people buy it or not. :p

As normally I would be, but if their is no official release I see nothing wrong with it. If Nick released an official set, I would buy it.
