Hello there

I have indeed done a search , tried what this guy say on the forum " http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=4613&b=7 "
but it dosn't work as I would like.

Either I get the image on top of every pictures , 3d models and texts. (yes have tried draw to back command , see below what happens).

or

It dosn't show up at all , just leavig me to the standar green background. But every pictures , 3d models and texts does appeare.

Help would be great , thanks for your time.

Try using a skybox/skysphere/plain for your background. Search them, you should get some answers.

In the simplest terms, make a cube big enough to hold your world, and color it blue or texture it.
