I wasn't sure where to post this so I put it here and the FPSC chat.

Ok I want to do an outside looking level, Before anyone posts I have done a search!! I know to make a big room, with that done my question is where can I find or create ceiling that looks like sky and walls that look like trees/forest. any help would be appreciated.

You don't need ceiling. You need just a sky. You can choose it when you are building a game.
You can make tree entity or make walls with texture of forest in segment editor that can be downloaded from FPSC offical site.
