That's the problem - either the DX SDK isn't installed, or it hasnt registered itself into Visual C++

Utility plugins collection and
http://www.matrix1.demon.co.uk for older plug-ins and example code

Really You Should Have The SDK Loaded for one
But a very very important step that newbees need to understand
Is that Under Some Circumstance you must set up your envoroment
on your compiler.
The Steps Required are Documented in The Installation.pdf

Be Sure to look over this Documented it is very well written
It actually show Pictures on how to go abought this.
A lot of SDK Packages have to be done like this in order
for the Compiler to know where Headers and lib are located
Sometimes the compiler will try to load from an Older
SDK. So Useally it is wise to put new SDK Above older
SDK. Thus the Compiler will try to search these SDK first.
I Would Put the SDK above the GDK for instance as an example.
