I can't see a reason it should be locked, it just needs to be in the Program Announcements board if it is finished or the Work in progress board if it isn't.

It looks alright, just surprised not to see any shooting in a FPS video, don't really know what is going on at the moment. You may want to work on your levels and your AI.

I really like the atmosphere in that. Get the shooting in there, get somewhat of a higher pace, and you're after Quake.
