I ahve been looking on the web for a way to create my own custom made animations, but with no luck, so if anyone there knows of something that lets you create your own animation drop me a link

please don't tell me charachter shop, I know thats there but it doesn't let you make your own animation

What do you want to export? Models or video? If models, then use Milkshape.

Well, that's not a 3d program. That's a programming language...
You need to get a 3d modeller like blender or milkshape, blender is free and powerful but some people find it hard to learn. Milkshape is pretty cheap and easier to use.

im using AC3d
but as far as I know that doesn't have any 3d animation capabilties

I use blender. It's really powerful and has a lot of features that many other free/cheap 3d programs don't have. It doesn't come with any tutorials but you can find tons of em online.

this film was made in blender, link

it has simaler fetures to 3ds max, but is keyboard controlled so dusent take an eternity to modal things.

tried taht video, but it didn"t work because I have dialup

there still one thing I don't get, I couldn't find X-Plane download on that site so I googled it and it kept coming up as a flight simulator?
