We have developed a support solution for serious FPSC game developers,
it is a simple streamlined support center.

it includes

Client App: Creates the support code
Control Center: Support Code converter, product requirement checker.


there is a free version and a Proffesional edition.
i'll release the download later tommorrow.

In short, Streamline your support process

or

Allow the user and support technician to save time by by-passing the user reading out there system specifications or finding them out.

Then it stops the support technician from manually checking if the clients system meets minimum Specifications.

It basicly designed to streamline the support process by allowing the user to create a support code then give it to the support technician who then can use the code to find out all the users system specs and test if they meet minimum Specifications.

okay thanks...but it doesnt seem to work with my vista OS, and i have network farme 3.5 and the rest but it doesnt work...
