has anyone ever had a thing when they tried to install DX9 and couldn't do it because of a message popping up and saying that the software did not pass some windows logo testing or whatever?

Yes, the best way to fix it is to buy a legitimate copy of Windows.

If you do already have a legit copy, then google "windows genuine advantage problem" (assuming WGA is what you are referring to).

I think he's referring to logo testing, as in, the driver signing thing, although I'm not sure

oh, i solved it, by reinstalling .net framework

so it works now
