You want advice from a bunch of random geeks? Honestly this could be as far from the place to ask as possible but.. which one is richer?

You want serious answers yet you don't post serious information or even a serious question. How should we know? We know absolutely nothing about anybody you're talking about. What if one parent is meaner? What's the kids age? Who works more? Who is the kid closer to? What if the kid is a kleptomaniac? Who knows?

These aren't questions strangers can answer even if you did try a little harder and actually give some information about the situation. This is a family issue, and if it can't be decided by the family then it's a court issue. All they can do is sit down and talk about it and if they can't do that no amount of advice will help.

The humane thing to do would be to lock this. If it's not a joke, then you should be ashamed to post it here. Have a little more respect for your girlfriend than to air her serious problems in a forum full of unknown teens. Seek professional help.

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.
