Yeah, so he config'd Crysis to output a frame as an image each time it completed a frame rendering. Rather than 'skipping'/dropping frames to keep performance in check (as what would normally happen) the configuration told Crysis to wait until each frame/timestep was totally done, then continue (hence why he got 8 seconds
per frame not 8fps)
