I know you can change the text color with the color command.

But, is it possible to make different lines in different colors?

is there also a command that I can enter into the prompt that will change the size, and possibly position, of the command prompt window?

If you're referring to working with the console, then see this for setting the colour of individual cells.

I'm not really sure why this is posted in this section of the forum though.
