FPSCX10 better have a good range of resolution options or I've just wasted my money again. Anyone know if it has the option for custom resolutions? Or a wisdescreen res like 1440 x 900?
If they dont have anything like that, then what is the point of it even being DX10? On FPSC original forums someone reccommend a resolution of 1024 x 768 or lower. If this applies to X10 aswell, then TCG I have to say, you disgust me.
(note that what I just said doesnt apply unless there are not any resolution options in X10 lol)

Anyone that knows about this, please help, Thanks

I am running at 1360 by 768 and it is perfect. You should not have any disgust as FPSX10 is a great product.

That is a tiny resolution compared to the newer ones like 1900xwhat ever.

How do you change it?

FPSx10 uses your desktop resolution.

Well, at least I hope it changes to your desktop resolution or something automatically. That would be awesome. And yes I agree X10 is an AMAZING product Just bought it about 3 hours ago, and got 30% off lol
Although I have to aay, FPSCX9 is terrible on a widescreen xD
And I'm thinking of investing in some new gear for my PC, e.g. 2x Geforce 9800GTX (coming out next year) new PCI express 2.0 M/B, Vista 64bit to support my 4Gig of RAM, and most importantly, a 30" Dell Monitor, so I'll definately want FPSCX10 to be able to run at 2560x1600

yea, *wipes off sunglasses* , i have that much money to throw around. ya know, like when im bored or something i just go on to newegg or tigerdirect and buy random quantities of the most expensive everything. .

but seriously, where did you find info on the 9800 series... i want to check it out

AMD Athlon64 X2 3800+ w/ HT Technology 1000MHz FSB w/ 512KB Cache, 2GB DDR PC-3200 - 2x1024, ATI RADEON™ X1900XTX 512MB

I found the info from all kinds of places, search it on Google
I'll say very briefly...
It has nearly 3 times the power of an 8800GTX Ultra, and still maintains an overall cooler temperature
But I'm sure Crysis will bring even the 9800GTX's in SLi to their knees...
Still, they should be awesome for FPSCX10.
By the way, for importing models into FPSC / X10 should I use Milkshape? I have only ever made 1 model before (Desert Eagle) and I tried 3DS Max 2008 and it was absolutly INSANE
Too complex for me... I made a TV and after that, I had had enough. I tried importing my Desert Eagle into FPSC, you know, export to a .X file, then use that Entity Kit to put it into FPSC, well I cant get it working. When I open it in the library it is completly messed up. The texture didnt load properly at all, and neither did the model itself. Anyone kno why ths is?
