Hello,

I am DarkDonkey. I was recently bannen for spamming and duplicate account. Now pause a moment. This is my brothers old account. We created it together when we were goign tot ry make are runescape like mmo.

I would like to ask wich duplicate accounts have i made and what spam have i said?. I do not mean this is an offensive way. Just please let me have my accoutn back.

I am sorry for any misunderstandings or offensive i may have inflivted on any one. I just dont see any ground to my bann.

Also i think it very unlickly but i have just found a virus on my comp so this might be causing something. But i am not saying anythnig on the matter. I can get an image of it in avast if you like.

But remeber i am only saying it might be i would bet on 0.01% it is.

Pleas i hope we can come to an understanding.

I was the one that banned you. Sorry if it was a mistake. We have some idiot running around here creating accounts and spamming the forums. After doing some checking, your account appeared to be related. I have lifted the ban, and I am sorry for the mistake. If you want to be mad at anyone though, please be mad at the idiot who keeps trying to cause the problems here. I have been agressively attacking the problem, and will continue to do so. I am sorry you got caught in the crossfire.

We're guessing that you are somewhere in the Northwest of England, there is some crossover with IP addresses in that region. And that's where our spammer is logging in from.

Okay i am in west Yorkshire. I don't want to give out my exact were abouts because of obvious reasons but its neer Halifax if that helps.

There were many occurences of the same IP address being used for your account and the ones that he has been creating. I should have dug a little deeper and I would have seen that it wasn't you. My bad. Again, sorry! I won't be so trigger happy next time

That is your local IP address inside of your router. Your outside IP address is different

If a post looks valid, then there is no reason to suspect that it is "bad". Very few of his posts are approved. We are dealing with them.

Next time we have one of those "best and worst on TGC of 20xx" threads, Ron is getting my vote for "most awesome phrase used by a mod when banning someone" hehe. It was very Lethal Weapon .

I think the reason people do stuff like this is the same reason you run into TKers in FPS games. I'm sure we've all been shot by a teammate intentionally... some idiot running around on a server shooting allies because they were banned from the server or levied a mod restriction of some sort, or simply flamed by another player for asking a silly question or acting out of line. Sadly, some people can't just admit when they're wrong, apologize, and deal with the punishment dealt. Well, no one here thinks multi-account spamming makes you "cool," and no one finds it entertaining, either. Possibly because we all have lives, but maybe there's more to it than that, lol.

Isn't it James Hardy that is making duplicate accounts and spamming the forums? I know he's been posting images of 3D models he downloaded form the net, saying he made them. I think he did that because he sucked at modelling and he didn't like the responses he got from people.
