No you aren't, without considerable modding of the source. The water shader requires multiple shaders, to my understanding.

Besides, the FX files of the X10 version compile under Shader Model 4, and have commands especific to that shader model. You won't get a real water shader in FPSC 9, because of multiple cameras as inspire said. But I have a functional water shader, I'll release it in January.
