Yeah, that's right - on some threads i've seen a thingy saying "Warning - 56k". What're they on about?

I know you probably all know what a 56k warning is. but I don't. So there.

56k modems will take for ever, if not longer, to load the page.

oh and they take up you whole phone so you can't call anyone when using them aka dail-up

yeah, you mostly see this when there is a thread with lots of large image files. It's basically warning you that if you are on 56k then the thread will take a long time to load and go really slow, so you may not want to waste your time clicking the link.
