Heres some screenshots of modelpack 16 with FPSC X10 support.
Full shader support, Higher-res textures with normalmaps, reliefmaps and specularmaps.
Will be available for download alongside the X9 version shortly. (Those that have already purchased mp16 X9 will be able to download mp16 X10)
As if you need another reason to buy FPSC X10...

The bag looks low, because the lightmapping doesn't support gourad shading making it appear facetted. Same goes for the pipes etc.

Just one question.....if i may...

How did you applied the normal maps and such...which actuall worked?

Cause when i do so...on entities (non characters) or segments...
they all fail....they come out all black...
But the normal map works except for the texture.

Are we talking about X10 or X9? Make sure you have _D2 _D _S and _N and that they all have alpha channels.
_S now uses alpha for self-illumination (normally black)
_N requires alpha for relief mapping
_D requires blank alpha (white) or transparent map

Will gourad shading be support in the future? Oh, and the model pack looks amazing! It looks far more better than the X9 one! Reminds me of Half-Life 2 for some reason.

You know that X10 fully supports that right?

Yeah, I do. I didn't expect them to look as good as they do in those screens.

@Simon: So illumination maps are integrated to the specular map?

I personally don't see the big deal. I usually turn that off in most games in favor of higher framerates.

Wha..? I set all my FPSC games to use anti-aliasing. Here, I've attached a full-size screenshot at 1920x1200 resolution, fully anti-aliased, no jaggies.

AA sucks, AF rules.

but if you really want anti-aliasing, you just easily set it yourself by overriding the video card settings, instead of letting the application decide (which, isn't using it)

Anistropic Filtering? I usually set that to 2x for most games (could probably go to the max on this rig though). I don't like blurry textures Edges I can deal with though.

Yeah, between the two, AF is the one I can't do without. I don't like stuff looking like I smeared my monitor with vaseline...

I know AA can be set through the Video Card, however not everyone is smart enough to figure this out. Oh, and that screenshot. If I didnt knew better because I have that pack. I'd swear it was made in X9.

Oh I see, you want an option within FPSC to set AA.

My screenshot? Yes it's an X9 screenshot.

I'm sure Lee could add it if he wanted, it isn't like its a fancy new shader or anything. It would be great if it was controlled through the setup.ini file so a launcher could modify the settings. I'd definetly take Anistropic Filtering over Anti-Aliasing though.

I'd, like, take rag-doll over either, like yeah I don't think AA or AF is needed, just some of that smoothing thing, started with a "p" I believe.

You might need to expand on that a bit

I think Anistropic Filtering would be pretty cool, eliminate those blurry weapon textures (which, BTW, I don't think I've had a problem with on X10 oddly - I'll have to look again though).
