No, there are editors out there that can hack the classic mario games, and people are obviously having great fun doing it and uploading many videos of them to youtube. I often watch some when i'm bored.

I feel like that video was a complete waste of my time, yet I will take some inspiration from it. Definitely should work on a game that just royally shafts the player every single step of the way.

The idea of dissing a player at every possible moment in the game is so amusing I think I'll add an insane mode to Seadome in which your submarine has no power at all.

I was wrong for a change. The video Osiris found is not from a uber hacked mario game at all, but a ripoff as Inspire believed. I found it and uploaded for your convenience.

You can try it out for yourself now. There's more to the game than only the first level of mario, and trust me, it's hard.

Edit: Yeah! just beat second level, now i have -54 lives.

That game is pure genius!

I'm stuck at the end of level 3 or 4, where you have to get that sword and then automatically go to the big guy who then kills you. Is this the end of the game or did I miss something? (picture attached)

If you are there I think you are you must enlarge him with an red mashroom so that he falles through the floor. Just note that the effect becomes different dependent on where he is...

I tried meny times before I made it. You need to jump from one of the lower things to the top (MUST land at the leftest part of it), and then run to the limit of it and jump.
