Hi

I was wondering if you can load an play xm files (*.xm). Of course you can load it into your program with "load music "sample.xm",1 : loop music 1", but is there another way. Perhaps a DLL you load or some codec you can use...

Is there a way?

This is out of the read me file that came with the install so I assume xm should just be able to be loaded and played.

HISTORY

Version 1.1.2 ( 09 / JAN / 2002 )
* WMA, RMI, MOD, S3M, XM, IT and SGT media included when Build Final

[EDIT]
Just tested it out. It worked using LOAD MUSIC "file",<number> and PLAY MUSIC <number>

So the xm file wont play in the darkbasic editor?
I`ll try it out...

I changed the "cant" to a "can"
