I have windows vista and an 8800 nvidia geforce card so I know that fpscx10 will run on my pc. Heres my question. If I made a game with my computer and exported it, would it be able to run on another pc that doesn't have vista? Is there or, will there be an option that allows the saving of the game with lowered down graphics in dx9? Heres another question I have. Can fpscx10 import custom models like the original fps creator did? And finally heres my very last question. After I order fpsc10 will there be a copy for download in my account like DBP, or is it only on the dvd?

1. Yes, you will be able to run it.

2. Whoever plays your game will need specs at least what you have or better.

3.Fps Creator X10 can use custom models, but it can't run the old files made for x9, I don't know to much about this.

4. No its a disk.

As far as i know:

1> No, the PC would still need to meet the same requirements.
2> I can't speak for the devs; but I would doubt it.
3> If in the right format, it should.
4> Only on the DVD; unless they change their method.

Thanks for the info jcleaver. I do have yet another question. Will there be an update for DBP that will have dx10 suport, and will there be also an update for fpscx10 that will let you save games in the .dba format?

To your second set of q's:

DBPro X10 will have DirectX10, but it won't be an update, it'll be like FPSC and FPSC X10. I've no idea when it comes out.

I'm certain the answer is no. I'm not Lee or Rick or Mike, but I'm sure of my answer. But in any case, it would probably just be the engine code, as all of the scripts and variables are in separate INI files and the like.

To bad theres no dba export in the x10 version. There is in the original fpsc. When they get around to releasing the DBP DX10 version then mabey they should go back and ad dba support to fpscx10 so you can load the game code in the DX10 DBP.

What, you mean the engine source code? That's not really a dba export...
