Hi

On Multiplayers Games Can You Make It So That There Are Teams And People On The Same Team Cant Kill Each Other?

Also Can You Make Weapons Respawn?

yes, just right click on one after you place it, then there is a box called spawn delay or something similar.Set it to your preferred time,(every 1000=1 second).
