You still seem to be insisting that you have the right to sell these images in your product basing this upon the idea that you are not selling or distributing them separately and that they are a part of your product.
Your interpretation of this license seems to be different from the one we have,folks around here are very wary of using something that may get them in heaps of trouble,not to mention having to rework they're whole game design when asked to remove them.
If you purchased these images they are saying you may redistribute them as part of your project or product,not that you can sell them on yourself.
For those of you who cant be bothered with browsing through the Avery site (which is huge) here is the license (without any editing) which they post for images used from the site.
YOU MAY, subject to any restrictions set out below:
Incorporate any Image(s) into your own original work and publish, display and distribute your work in any media. You may not, however, resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the Image(s) for use or distribution separately or detached from a product or web page. For example, the Image(s) may be used as part of a web page design,
but may not be made available for downloading separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others. Similarly, clients may be provided with copies of the Image(s) (including digital files) as an integral part of a work product,
but may not be provided with the Image(s) or permitted to use the Image(s) separately or as part of any other product;
Make one (1) copy of the Image(s) for backup or archival purposes.
They also mention that some rights are owned by third parties.
The term 'thin ice' comes to mind.
Maybe I'm just dense...
