I just got this alert in my email inbox. Caligari is offering TrueSpace 7.5 for only $199. It's one hour only though so it might be tough getting it. I'm pretty tempted. Downloading the demo right now to check it out.

They extend the deal for 24 hours but during that time it's $299. Still probably a decent deal.

Seriously, just get something cheap but adequate for a sweet £10. All you'll miss is stuff you'll never use and shiny buttons.

That's not true Nex I would one day like to be a 3d artist / animator and the more experience in different environments that I can get the better. I have Blender and yeah it's quite sufficient. But I am always curious as to how the other environments work and all. This stuff just interests me and $200 is 1/3 it's real price so I thought I'd share this with everyone. Figured someone might appreciate it.
