X-Virus 2050

Storyline

This is a sci-fi tech level taking place in 2050. The tech lab on Mars has developed the X-Virus and started experimenting with it. This Virus instantly transforms humans into just about anything and the computers can control your actions… Scellator has taken over and has cloned his body so do not be fooled if you kill a skeleton and he is still around in the level…

First you must find the doctor and kill him. The rumor is he is already dead. Lets find him to be sure. He has been experimenting with the X Virus and has started to transform humans into other beings. Than you must find Scellator and kill him as this skeleton is the mastermind behind the X-Virus and has taken over the lab. He is in the last room armed with a bazooka so be very careful. We will create a full game for X9 released this month and on X10 coming in April. Enjoy! This is a sci-fi shooter featuring the MP10 weapons.

Thanks man. I have always loved it but never did much in the past few years. But I am getting back into it and FPSC and X10 is perfect.

I have had the basic design finished just setting them up for quick level previews. They are not complete games but in this case we will create one for X10 and X9.

I have a couple of others that have been sitting around and will release those soon...

Ok I just played it, and I think it is a little longer than your other games, which is good. Next time, don't put so much weapons in if the player will not be able to weild them all. That includes weapons being pickups from dead characters.

the thing i liek was it wasnt another 'run-n-gun' like most of the fpsc games are. you had to think, check all your corners and you couldnt just stand in the open and fire wildly or you'd be killed. i like how you made thhe emvoironment match the situation (ex. the first guy that has the rocket launcher. you could crouch to the cover right around the corner and peek left to pick him off, or you could make a run for the machine in the back. ) but you know what im sayin. that last boss killed me because i knew there was gunna be someone in there so i ran in thinkin the guy was gunna have a pistol or something and WAM!!! a rocket emptied the last 15 health i had left. but i still had 2 lives to use to woop him

Nice, taking the weapons out now and re-uploading... Quick question guys... How come you can't mix and match weapon packs? Is it a theme releated issue? Games like serious sam? They had a variety of weapons?

Uploading update now. Will update.

@Snipesoul

I think this is going to be a game style and tile we will use to release full games for X10 and FPSC. We are recording the music now... Funny thing is we are using old game sound effects and than matching the music to the sounds. So we are recording a game themed album... Will go good with a release to have more custom tunes. I will release a loop pack with it when we are finished. Will be killer to share that with this community.

In the third room area right before the first rocket launcher guy, I fell through the floor trying to pick up the health pack on the left. Just thought you should know. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

Most new weapons are in the enemy hands. Funny I fell at the start in the corner near where you guys were falling… I changed it a bit blocking and if you fall you should die as it can play as a trap if you get in that corner now.

Dude, No offence But to make a really good game you have to put effort time etc into it some games that are only one level can actually take weeks to make

its not really because of that its because different weapon packs have different hands, you could have no hands at all then pick up a pistol and suddenly hands appear, the pick up a grenadde and all the sudden you have gloves, then go to pick up a knife and your suddenly wearing wool. thats usually the problem, you can use model packs 9 and 10 because they have the same hands, but mixing 4 different packs isnt really a good thing.

@metalkill, I will be downloading this as soon as I get home. Thanks.

On a side note, it seems that most of your images use the same color and the same font. Try mixing it up a bit by downloading new fonts.

No... I meant olden. Right now the graphics in most commercial games are what you call "Golden."

Not sure... What are the Computer Specs. Are your video card graphics and Direct X updated? Can you run other FPSx9 games?
