you are miss using the word "snippet". Snippet means either part of code or the whole code if it is short. If you still disagree then put it in Program announcements or wip. best be snippets.

what do you mean???? If you think that in program announcements you can't put in code boxes then you are wrong.

Because you're going about it all wrong. Make a Program that Snaps the SCREEN and saves it to Bitmap, then Run your In Full SCREEN with that bitmaps... Then Melt it, make a Rip in it with a 3d scene... YOU CAN be SO MUCH MORE creative!

You are doing print statemetns as a joke with a loop - with a bonified 3d GAME ENGINE...with sound capabilities, 2d and 3d manipulation... Keyoboard Control.;...... You're standards are to LOW!

If you want to freak out your friend... Do it with STYLE! Scare the heck out of them.....Or make them laugh... not a little loop??!?!

I KNOW you could pull it off! TRy something better!

That was good prank!

yes - IT is the opinion of the great bluestar4 that viruses, fake viruses , and threads that pertain to them should be immediatly locked upon posting.

Well... I hear ya BlueStar - but this guy's intenet is far from hostile - and he is experimenting with the language. If its that offensive - maybe Ed wil move the code to a different Thread and use different terminaology. Ed - I won't be looking at it tonight as I'm running out of Sunday Night - and I have to figure out a C++ Normalization routine for VertexNormals - its a funky one because it spans multyiple objects and limbs - but - I need it to work

[edit]Though maybe after you get some coding basics down you move on to regular games
