Has anyone used AC3D for making guns and entities for FPSC X10, or X9? It is really easy to use and I can make good models in it, but does it have everything I need for guns to be FPSC ready?

isnt that ment to be for that second life game after watching a review about second life and the expense put me off for life.
if its got a x. exporter it should be fine
i dont know bout creating guns on it tho

But can it animate, uv map, and everything (except textures).

Animate: no.
uv map : yes , in 2 ways.

It's not only for second life, they use this program for X-Plane. So I think you can use it in your own game.
