it will not let me duplicate the words POS, Occurs , Insert$, Delete$, Replace$ and Copy$ please help

There are alot of keywords that are not allowed to duplicate. Just use another name.

FPOS, FOccurs, FInsert, etc...

Or
varPOS, varOccurs, varInsert, etc...

Numerous possibilities

It's the programmer's life:
Have a problem, solve the problem, and have a new problem to solve.
