hi, i'm new hear and i nead lots of help for 2 reasons.
first i have already ordered DB but it wont be here for another 4 days and i wanted to use this time learn and so i can do something when i get it.
2nd i am sort of new to this code based stuff. i have used C++ before but i'm not thtat well experienced. but i have done game programming before (click and drag stuff) so i atleast know how to make a good game i just need some help.
so if you guys like like to help me plz plz plz give me a link of some really good tut or just post some advice.
and i've been looking through forums for some tuts and i found this really good one for an RPG, but sadly i forgot how to get to it and i can't save it was a favorite becaus i have to get some account for it. but i do rember it had 4 pages of posts (from2004-2006 or 7) the guys name started with a T, and that it had like 14 tutoials that looked something like this...
Tutorial #1-health
Tutorial #2-???
and so...
so if you recognize this tutorial plz link it for me.

First of all, I believe the RPG tutorial is in the 2D forum, not on the DarkBASIC forum.
Second of all, a better tutorial are TDK's tutorials, which are a stick on these forums. read those!
And third of all, don't say plz plz plz help me I really need help. I doubt you'll find any help from that, and you're lucky you got me

Seriously, how do you make the little blue text come up below your message?

When you say the rpg tut is in the 2d forum, do you mean that Final Fantasy one? If not, what is it called?
