is it posibble for anyone to make a script for me in which

imagine your playing a murder game and you go up to someone and u kill them and you want to change your clothes so that no one knows it was u will be willing to pay if you require it

Well, it's not really possible in the engine. Unless you modded the source a little bit. There have already been topics about this, even one that was just a few days ago.
