Looks like you've got some rgb 0,0,0 in your texture right above the spiders um... foot?

Trasparency bug fixed not was the texture don t know why but some polygon was flipped but now is ok

The model is very nice and it works very well. But could you edit the left leg that sticks out of the model? It would be perfect then(I know I'm asking too much but it would be great).
