I need a tutorial telling me how to:
-Add guns and bullets
-Changing weapons
-Dual wielding
-Enemies firing there weapons and throwing grenades
-Using fullscreen bloom shader with Dark Shader
-Motion Tracker

I have Dark A.I., Dark Physics, and eXtends so if those things makes it easier.

So basicaly you want someone to write your game for you and then you can just either copy and paste the entire code and learn nothing or attempt to learn by reading but not really caring about how it really works because you probably wont arrive at any errors you would have to figure out and learn from.
there a plenty of tutorials on fps games on here search them up
no one is going to just take time to write you a "tutorial" with all that stuff included
not only would it take forever but you would not learn as much as you think
if you really want to make the game start of with basics, like movement
and as you arrive at problems you can not figure out then you ask for help

In fairness, he did ask for a tutorial...

But I don't know that you'll find one with all that covered. Tutorials tend to cover the more basic aspects of game making and don't get that complex.

You could try looking for them yourself (use the Search option). There's some here:

and there's stuff in the stickies on the DBC board too, (just because you are using DBP doesn't make them any less relevant).
