Ok, I know I might get flamed for this and what-not but still, I am only trying to help everyone. My website has a few add-ons to it where people can:

Manage Team Projects
Make Blogs about their experiences
Show off images from their games
Post classifieds for their games and etc.

Hopefully this will provide someone with some help. Also my website will have some of the most common links on learning game development. There are forums, wiki's, and a chatroom that people can chat in. So please, if you have a team that you want to manage easier, use the free service. If you want to show off your game screen shots, please do so. Want to tell everyone about your experiences, tell them. If you want to advertise your game, please have at it!

Again, I am only trying to help my fellow developers.

I know your trying to help, but I think this may qualify as an ad.

Same here.

Quote: "Manage Team Projects"

Most team projects (e.g. TGC Heroes) make their own forums to speak on, where they can keep development secret if they so choose, etc.

Quote: "Make Blogs about their experiences"

We can already do that here.

Quote: "Show off images from their games"

We can already do that here.

Quote: "Post classifieds for their games and etc."

Something that might actually be useful, but unless your website already has a large base of users there is really no point in advertising on it.

I did not intend this to be an ad, rather a opportunity.

you could put a banner with a link (you already have the link) in your signature, it attracts attention,

by the way your website looks great, I bet its hungry for content.
the best stuff I have now is the unfinished base for my game engine with some terrain system that i am trying to make seamless , and a whole bunch of concept art+stories and notes most of which are still in my head.

personally, i think i should make more progress before even making a mention anywhere that i have anything

dont hate people who rip you off, cheat and get away with it, learn from them

Have you done anything more then put up a few HTML pages that link to pre-programmed web gadgets such as wiki-media, simple machines forum and geesse? I could do that in about 5 minutes but nobody would ever come unless I had something unique.

Just offtopic here, so proud that you mentioned TGC Heroes as an example because I'm a team member glad to see word getting around.

@The Samurai

NIce site! Really like the template but as bmaczero pointed out most games have their own website/forum like TGC Heroes, although, perhaps I'll mention this to the team leaders, I mean the more advertisement our game gets the better, eh? Because even if only 5 new people notice it, as long as the service was free and quick, I think its worth it.

Well I am providing this for free because I believe that people that cannot afford a website or forums, or do not have the knowledge to do so will have a easier time doing so. It's all set up, people just have to choose wither or not they want to use it. I am just letting people know that it is there just in case. I know some noobs could use this to help out with management and advertisement. As for you that have a full team of experienced developers, it might not be as useful but could help if need be. I am here for the community, not just me.

Because Matt Rock helped me out a while back and I thought I would return the favor by linking to his website. Help him out, like I am trying to do now.

Well, we're linked, but we aren't really affiliates, if we were working on a joint project or something I'd be cool with it, but please don't say we're affiliates as of right now, it's really just a link exchange at this point. I didn't catch before that it said we were literally affiliates, it's sort of the wrong definition of that .

lol I don't think it'd ruin our image or anything, just not quite accurate. Didn't mean it be rude, I genuinely think Samurai is a good kid with good intentions, he just doesn't understand some of the concepts of developing a name for yourself yet.

I understand Matt. I know I made a error with my understanding but it is fixed now. I thank you for your thoughts Matt. As for making a name for myself, this is one way I would like to try to get it out there.

I saw your overhauled website Matt, I have to say it looks very professional. I am thinking about overhauling mine to be more professional looking.
