Hi, first off, i just want to ask a small favor, nobody flame me, please, my only help with this has been Cash Curtis II, and he was mainly just a consultant whenever i was stuck on something he'd talk me out of it, so, now that i got that covered, 6 months ago i started on a space simulation/combat game engine, 2 weeks ago i started developing a problem with it, my plan was to use "Plains" as planet atmospheres, and make them point to the camera to simulate a non-stop glow effect, if anyone can please help, my only source of knowledge on DBP has been browsing these forums and the DBP Help files, here's my source.

EDIT: Fixed, moved a line.

Unfortunately, you didn't get around to explaining what this 'problem' actually was.

What isn't working, how far did you get, where does it go wrong - or are you saying you don't know where to start?

oh, i'm so sorry i tend to get ahead of myself lol, almost everything works fine in the engine so far, minus a few bugs/lack of features, my problem is, whenever i try to use a plain, or any other object, and try to get that object to face the camera, it doesn't, it starts out like that but then i move the camera dnd it doesn't follow it.

This might help:

I put the matrix in just for positional purposes as a reference point as I've only put simple controls in it and it was difficult to gauge where you were.

Well, after no suggestions worked, i just moved the point object line and it fixed it, i put it into the main loop.

You mean my code snippet (which actually showed you had to have Point Object inside the main loop) didn't work?

Thank god, no i don't, this could probably be locked by a mod if they wanted, and later on in a few months i'll post a WIP thread on the engine.
