1st model is that, i dont know why but that right there when he said it was his first model, put the red flags up in my mind that he didnt make it...but w/e

I said that this is 1000% my work ... not as good higgins said that I stole the pieces from other characters and I welded them together ... the 3d model is my sweaty work.

for The texture yes I used the hands of the model packs 5 because on the internetI have not found any good image

Then another thing if you do not like and you envy of my work there I can do anything...But do not come and say that I steal the work done by others....you UNDERSTOOD

No, no it's not, as long as he owns the pack and doesn't sell this character he is aloud to do what he did, but he should of credited the pack.

@Bobert: No offence but shut up! So what you caught him using textures from MP5 so what? I would understand if you caught them trying to sell them or if they was from a hit game which they was going to give away but for down-scaling a texture which doesn't match together and if they were scaled up it would be really blurry and people wouldn't use it.

its still stealing. he is NOT NOT NOT NOT alowwed to redistribute lisenced material in any shape, size or form. i dont care what you say i am right about this.

i am not going to waste my time on u. all i have to say is that NO MATTER WHAT SIZE IT IS THE TEXTURE IS COPYRIGHT AND LISENCED.

Whatever Bobert, he took down the link and admitted to what he did, I think when he said 100% his own work he meant the model not the texture, so be quiet now.

That depends on the license, but one way shape and form is in the games we release.

Then it is up to the copyright holders (TGC) to take action.
You exposed his untruth, whether he meant something else or not, it was not 100% his work.
He said it was 100% his work...

He didn't say "yes it is 100% my model, with a texture that is not all mine."

Which would have been the truth.
It was 100% his model, but not 100% his work.
Bobert was right for pointing out his error, which did at the time seem like a lie.
Now we know it was a misunderstanding (english is not his first language), and he took the download down.
And if TGC cared (which they must not), then they would have removed it theirself.
But then again, they let A4 ruin the model pack 18 thread without deleting it, so I don't think they care about the forums much anymore.

Quit all the bickering and go make some games!

Nice call Bobert, and our new friend is clear about how to represent 'his work', so everything should be cool from here on out.

I look forward to your next model prophet ciccio, and don't forget Bobert will be here making sure it's legit.
Just kidding, I am sure you will have everything your own on the next one, or disclose the fact if its not.

yup i cant wait to see his next model too. it was an ace model just that one problem. i hope i didnt ruin ur confidence i realy want to see more work from u just make sure the texture is all yours too no google images or stuff.

I have a question

If I repaint the texture of the model by eliminating the hands of the model packs 5 is a possibility that these allegations fall and return of all new friends?

Expect answers because I do not like that these things happen, I would be more happy if one of you had told me with kindness rather than accuse me about two feet

You seemed really determined to put Prophet Ciccio down, it seems unfair.

Well, if I am correct, stuff you buy from TGC is royalty free, which under my understanding, means you can re-distribute it freely, even sell it. Though you did lie, it's fine to use it...I think...

But now that you spent the time on the new texture, you should use the one you got. The one you did looks better than the MP5 stuff, in my eyes.

It's royalty free when included with a game or application...if its distributed for the sole purpose of distributing it to others (giving away the media or selling it) then it is not allowed.

No that isnt true, you cant redistribute anything in the packs to anyone else. You can use them in your games and sell the games that used the packs but not just the media themselves.
