well u would need to script it for a start then create an hud do go over it to make it look as if you were in a car.

an idea on this topic:
what if you made, a hud of a car (like your sitting in it)
and then change the Footsteps sound to a car, and use it in a level were you need to drive.

Just an Idea

Yeah but you'd definitely need to adjust player speed, and if I'm correct, the fastest you can change it to is 300?
