I saw the video. Apparently I wouldn't want to play the demo (can't anyways, don't ask). Why? The video showed no light sources, entities, different segments, etc. I rate the video a 1/10, and the demo would probably be a 1/10, too. Work on the game.

If you don't like what I said, tough. You said to tell people what you thought, and I just did.

thats ok it is my first game so yea I'm kind of lost!!! it will have light sources but on some levels I want the ambiant lighting to be pretty low mabey 2 or 3, how could I do that any help with this game would be much apriciated. also I've just finneshed designing all 50 levels so it is still early days yet but telling me how I can improve it really helps, thanks!

try not to have to many enemies in one room
and fill the rooms with more entitys

like exploding barrels and stuff? there isn't much there coz I wanted the level to load faster but yea...
I'll put some updated screenies showing some lights and stuff tommorow

50 levels is an extremely large amount for your first game. Do you have any model packs? If it's just basic fpsc media people will get bored very quickly.

regardless, i'd suggest a maximum on 10 levels but try to make each as good as possible. Quality or quantity.

yea I just thought it over today I originally had it split into 5 separate chapters or episodes but Now I think it would be easier to just make the ! game into 5 10 leveled games but I had 50 due to the fact the levels were very short check out the demo and tell me if you think the levels are good so far. also I might just re-make all the levels if no-one thinks their any good or I may roll them all together and continue to make all 50 levels but in groups of 5 per 1 level if you think thats good.
