Doom: Use the Marines to you're advatgae, aswell as the Imp's, if they Come chaging at you, Dont just sit there firing, Move around, Stretch them Leg's, and remember to shoot at the same time!!!
If you ever encounter A Baron of Hell, Run around it in circle's, Shooting hte crap out of it, If that doe's not work then Hide in a corner and shoot it as it come's closer, Then spin around it.

Doom2: The same as above.

Doom3:It aint sacry, Its just a Game, and also the same.

Doom4:Sadly they have not made it( )

COD1-4: Be carefull weapons are very powerfull, never run into a War zone, Look around and Plan tactics to get around a HotZone...
And well that's all I know.

Timshift:Remember if you shoot a Barrel from a Height, Get on it, And reverse time, You will be were the barrel was before it was shot off.
Remember to use time against you're enemie's.
If you stop time and Go behind a Enemy, They know you are there, Becuase they radar.

That's all im Going to say, Bye.

Doom 3: Open up the console and type 'god 1'

As with any game, think about what you're doing and perhaps do a bit of trial and error. That's to say if you're not playing Doom 3, if you're playing games like Doom 3, you don't think, you just shoot...hence I don't like those sort of FPS games, they're terrible.

It takes blood and guts to be this cool, but I'm still just a cliche

I have a few tips.

Win

Don't lose

Come first

Don't come last

Stay alive

Don't die

Complete within the time limit

Don't let the time run out

Hit the targets

Don't miss the targets

Find the quest items

Don't forget about the quest items

Save often

Don't forget to save

That'll do for most games.

If you haven't played these old classics then you're missing out on some great FPS games:

System Shock 2
Thief 1
Thief 2
Half Life 1
HL: Opposing Force
HL: Blue Shift
Deus Ex 1

System Shock 1 have horrible controls and not worth playing IMO).
Never actually played Deus Ex 2 so I don't know how good it is.

Deus Ex 2? If you liked DX1, stay away from it. If you want a small-brain shooter with a little bit of story, take it.

From the reviews I've seen and the demo on 360 I've played it's complete crap compared to CoD4 .

I know someone who laughed at Deus ex 1 because "the graphics sucks. Looks like half life 1 or something!" And refused to try the game simply because of the "sucky" graphics. He loves Deus ex 2 though.

People like that gives me the creeps. Graphics = Gameplay now?

Unfortunately...

Everyone's awed by the amazing graphics of today, and then you look behind them and they're just... okay. Take BioShock for example. Not the greatest game i've ever tried, but obviously amazing in the graphics category. Ah well... se la ve.

Bioshock looks cool, it's the spiritual successor to System Shock Not played though, don't have the hardware.

I dunno, BioShock on PC didn't really astound me in the graphics or gameplay department, but I only played the demo, so maybe I'm missing out.

I know cod4 is good but moh airborne is good on pc but you cant compare the games the are two different types, and its about taste, if you like fighting terrorists: cod4. if you like fighting nazis: moh airborne.

Bioshock has both great gameplay and graphics to match, IMO .

CoD4 and MoH Airborne are both war first person shooters, which is close enough to compare in my opinion . Who you're shooting at doesn't really matter much, it's the gameplay mechanics that matter, and MoH Airborne felt too clunky, bland, confined, and the graphics weren't half as good as CoD4.

Bioshock had something left of System Shock, nothing amazing but definitely a good game.

Graphics are an integral part of gameplay now. They don't define it though.

I love both cod4 and moh airborne, they are both my favorite games, but about the graphics: if you look at the peapoles face on moh airborne, the talking is more realistic than in cod4. but everything else is pretty much the same. I am saying this again, its all about taste, and i respect you peapoles taste.

Bioshock = Systemshock. Lol Yahtzee! (He is right though)

Also, the main character in Bioshock was not very smart at all: "LOOK a syringe! I wonder whats in it? Oh well I should probably inject myself with it."

Haha, amazing. Me and a buddy discussed just that. I hate it when games get "dumbed down" like that. In SS2 if you came across something unknown, you would research the thing. To be able to research, you need research skill (duh) and chemicals. To find chemicals you need to locate the deck's chemical storage room. It's not like you'll find chemicals lying around on a bench in the gym-area for example. I had hopes for Bioshock since it was supposed to be this "spiritual successor", but it was too.... dumb is such a strong word. Let's go with modern.

Even deus ex 2 was "dumbed down" in a way. You could use the same type of ammo for EVERY gun? There's no detailed damage indicator-thing? In DX1 you could get your feet hurt and you would walk slower, your arms hurt and have less accuracy etc. I miss details like that, it's what gives games that extra "depth".

Bioshock and System Shock are both different games. Its similar to System Shock 2 but Bioshock isn't a counterpart of System shock.

Well, I loved it (except moments when I had no legs )

True, true...

Well, in Crysis you were crouching ang grabbing the gun from floor, not just walking on it... I hope the makers will make games with more "details" like that...

Make games, not war.

In Bioshock that was part of the story though, the world was destroyed and had "splicers" roaming around everywhere, meaning that you would be able to find things like eve injections everywhere.

The only FPS game I've been playing lately is Battlefield 2. Me and Agent Dink make the best helicopter crew ever, when I'm not showing off and crashing into trees that is . If anyone has BF2, you should meet up with me and Dink the next time we play .

I love BF2, it's in my top 5 favorite games ever, I'm going to have to reinstall it after my hard drive wipe though, and I'll probably lose all my progress so far cause I don't think that the profiles are saved online . I'd love to play some time, I pwn at helicopter pilot . By the way, I thought you were a die hard fan of 1942 and refused to go to 2?

:/ I'm confused, why don't you just back up your save? Or are you saying you already wiped your hard drive, and you're using the future tense for no good reason?
